Gin and Tonic Ice Pops

The simple and timeless recipe in the form of a popsicle. Enjoy at any sort of summer gathering.

Makes 6 Popsicles


  • 1 1/2 cups tonic water

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup gin

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from about two limes)

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp. lime zest


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher or bowl.

  2. Divide among 6 ice pop molds and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours.
